Model & Mould Manufacturing
High-precision plugs and composite moulds produced with five-axis CNC machining and large-format 3D printing — the strategic asset that guarantees tooling independence and repeatable geometry.
Composite Lamination
Hull, superstructure and deck are laminated in a dedicated facility, engineered for large structural components and consistent build quality.
Assembly & Outfitting
Propulsion, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, interiors and final commissioning — completed in a facility reserved exclusively for outfitting.
